St Louis rapper Blackie an artist with Chingy’s Git It Boyz has ran into some serious trouble. According to the KSDK ST Louis channel 5,Blackie A former nursing home employee, was charged with raping one of the residents has an extensive criminal record.
Santonio McCoy, 33, had worked as a janitor and was charged on Thursday with forcible rape.
The crime happened inside the Normandy Nursing Center on St. Charles Rock Road on December 21st. The suspect turned himself in two-and-a-half weeks after the crime.
The 36-year-old female victim is bound to a wheelchair and suffers from cerebral palsy and seizures. Because the victim cannot communicate, the crime could’ve gone undetected if it hadn’t been for another employee. Normandy Police Detective Tony Madigan said, “Another staff member who was conducting his duties, heard some noises that were out of the ordinary to him. As he went to investigate, he observed the suspect and victim in the stairwell in the building.”
The nursing center administrator told police the suspect passed a background check. NewsChannel 5 pulled up his criminal record by simply typing his name using public court documents. There were 22 entries that date back to 1993. The entries include burglary, stealing and unlawful use of a weapon.
An employee told NewsChannel 5 the center’s administrator would not be available to comment until Monday.
