Flesh-N-Bone Pleads Not Guilty To Striking Mom In The Head With Gun

Flesh-N-Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony has pleaded not guilty to a 1998 charge in which he was accused of hitting his mother in the side of the head with a gun.

Sheriff’s spokesman John O’Brien says the rapper, born Stanley Howse, was wanted on domestic violence and felonious assault charges. As previously reported, police took him into custody Sunday (March 28) at a Bone Thugs-N-Harmony reunion concert in their hometown of Cleveland.

O’Brien says deputies arrested him backstage during the show because Flesh seemed to notice them, invited audience members to the stage and tried to slip out.

According to court documents, Flesh struck his mother with a gun and caused a one-inch gash. He posted $10,000 bond and was released from custody on Monday.

The rapper had also served eight years for pointing an AK-47 at a neighbor.
