People In El Paso Texas Are Happy To Be A Police State

I don’t know about you, but there seems to be an underlining theme with our Gov’t and Law Enforcement all over the country and that is increase more security. Maybe I’m in the wrong business. I think I’m going to look into investing into a security firm looks like they are going to be in high demand in the coming years. More Below.
I don’t mind feeling safe but it seems to me the good ole people in Horizon city is getting more then what they bargained for.
El Paso, Texas – Last week, several law enforcement agencies joined Horizon City Police for “Operation Flood.”
The Sheriff’s office, Department of Public Safety and Constable Precincts 2, 4 and 6 issued 216 traffic citations and made 23 arrests for various violations.
“They’re doing it just to upset people,” said one Horizon City resident.
While not everyone’s happy about it, most people living in Horizon City say they welcome the effort.
“The war’s not in Afghanistan, the war is next door. Yeah…keep it safer over here that’s what we want. We want it safe, ” said Joseph Henderson.
“If you have something to hide then maybe you’d be worried, but if you have nothing to hide than what’s the problem? ” said Sandra Piseno, who also doesn’t mind the increased police presence.
Sheriff’s deputies say each day the operation was conducted, there were a minimum of 25 additional law enforcement units working the area.
“We showed a strong presence in the community and we’re here to protect them,” said Horizon City Officer Ortega.
Sheriff’s officials say Operation Flood will continue throughout El Paso County.
Side note: I wonder how many Mexicans and Blacks got swept in that police flooding they did? I live in Atlanta and now our new Mayor Kasim Reed is talking flooding Atlanta with more police.

Swazy Baby should be commended. While other up and coming artists are busy trying to bury their underground past, Swazy Baby continues to capitalize on his. And why not? It was using mixtapes as a way to build his buzz up intially, Swazy caught the eye of Bigga Rankin.
Clicking up with B-Rich and TJ Chapman, B.o.B was able to turn his underground success into a deal with Atlantic Records. After a slew of critically acclaimed mixtapes, cross-country tours and commercial placements B.o.B still has that spark in his eyes and energy in his voice that he did when I first saw him on stage.
The 90’s was great era for hip-hop but it was equally great for R&B. Many acts have come and go since then, but the foursome of Jagged Edge has seemed to have staying power. Since their dropping their debut single "The Way That You Talk" back in 1997, JE has been a regular site on the R&B scene.
C-Ride is used to the spotlight, even if you’re not used to his name yet. The Florida representor has been a staple of the Epidemic Music/Polo Grounds team for years now. After making a name for himself on the underground, he’s ready to make his presence known in the mainstream.
"I aint never left the scene! I’m always grinding." Bold words like that are normally served for underground artists still trying to get their buzz up. You wouldn't expect an artists who has signed to major deals, posted hit records and has sold units to still speak about grinding it out. But Yo Gotti isn't the average artist
