According to other news sources Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty of the alleged killer of Atlanta rapper Dolla. Aubrey Louis Berry, 23, is charged with murder and assault. The former promoter from Atlanta is being held on $2 million dollars bail for his role in the murder and has pled not guilty to the charge.
