Grammy Award Nominated Artist, Raheem DeVaughn, Provides “Emotional Stimulus” with the ‘The Art of Noise’ Mixtape Release-June 15, 2009
On January 20, 2009, President Obama stated in his inaugural address to the world that, “The success of our economy has always depended… on the reach of our prosperity; on the ability to extend opportunity to every willing heart — not out of charity, but because it is the surest route to our common good.” Grammy Nominated, JIVE Records Recording Artist Raheem DeVaughn has answered this call to action in his own unique way. The Art of Noise is DeVaughn’s latest mix CD project, with more than 15 original, unreleased tracks through his recently launched record label venture, 368 MUSIC GROUP.
