Update: Spectacular From Pretty Ricki Admits To Pleasure P’s Records Being Sealed Via Twitter
Since we broke the story about a rumor of Pleasure P being accused of child molestation, Straightfromthea.com and TheUrbanDaily.com found an interesting exchange between Spectacular of Pretty Ricki and Laura Goldstein the daughter of the lawyer who Pleasure P hired to keep his child molestation records sealed. Sealed? As in after he turns 18 years old sealed? Would that explain why he is not found in the Florida sex offenders database? In the other post she clearly states that her father was being paid a lot of money to keep the secret quiet so he could get his record deal. Pretty Ricky sends out a statement and says they can’t speak about it but they did kick him out of the group. What is going on? I’m going to have to rebuttal you. The documents you see above for 2006 was after Marcus was convicted of child molestation. If you look closely at the papers it is clearly telling you that no children are allowed to be left alone in the same vicinity as he is. I was there when the police showed up at the house and picked the case worker from child net picked that little boy up and took him out of the home because one of Marcus stipulations were he was not allowed to be around children unsupervised.
Everybody in Florida knew about Marcus and his convictions. You guys are just late catching up to speed.
I did verify that sexual molestation crimes CAN NOT be sealed and are public information- so- he would HAVE to have registered as a sex offender. So when I check the sex offender website.. I didnt see his name there. So now- its his word against hers because other than those docs that she uploaded- she has no other merit and she should try and come up with better docs because everyone I’ve talked to about it are saying that there is too much handwriting- when it should look more official. i dunno- doesnt seem to be adding up- AND the age factors are wrong- AS far as his brothers confirming it via twitter- cant believe twitter because there are so many fraudulent accounts floating around- I would need to see it coming out of their mouths- def cant believe everything you hear- I’m gonna have my unclewho is a lawyer look at the docs- just to have a person who sees them all the time- and see what his opinion is- I’ll keep ya’ll posted

@DATRUTH PER FLORIDA STATUTES A CASE WORKER CAN NOT REMOVE A CHILD FROM ANY HOME OR CURRENT PLACEMENT. IF THOSE WERE THE STIPULATIONS WHAT WAS THE PARENT CHARGED WITH AS THEY DID NOT SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLY WITH COURT ORDERED REQUIREMENTS??
